IT Infrastructure & Security Manager (m/f/d)

• Management and overseeing the maintenance and upgrading of all IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and databases
• Develop and enforce security policies to protect IT infrastructure and data
• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of security measures, such as firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems
• Development and implementation of IT infrastructure strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
• Plan for future growth and scalability of the IT infrastructure
• Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems
• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure and security budget
• Optimize costs while maintaining high levels of service and security

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of cumulative experience in IT, with a significant focus on IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity
• 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure components such as networks (LAN/WAN), servers (Windows, Linux/Unix), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), storage systems (SAN/NAS) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud environments
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, including knowledge and skills in risk management, security operations, incident response, and compliance
• Certifications like CISSP/CISM/CompTIA Security/ITIL certifications are beneficial
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure growth and scalability
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & analytical thinking skills with a drive to deliver results
• A self-motivated, flexible individual with the interest to work in a collaborative and productive work environment
• Fluent in written and spoken Korean and English, along with good written and spoken German communication skills
