Junior Quality Control Specialist (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities

• Incoming Inspection: Execute thorough incoming inspections, including visual, dimensional, and functional testing to guarantee the highest quality of incoming parts and materials.
• Supplier Management: Act as a key point of contact for suppliers regarding quality standards. Address non-conformities and handle quality issues firmly yet professionally.
• Defect Classification: Review components and classify defects accurately based on severity (cosmetic vs. Functional vs. Safety-critical).
• Technical Evaluation: Analyze mechanical and electrical components, read and interpret technical drawings, and assess compliance based on defined specifications.

Your Profile

• Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience: Experience in the medical device industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Backgrounds in Automotive or Electronics Quality Control with transferable skills are highly welcome.
• Regulatory & Process Knowledge: Good awareness of ISO 13485 (or a strong foundation in ISO 9001) as well as familiarity with incoming inspection standards.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand technical drawings (no creation required). Basic electrical knowledge (e.G., battery voltage, polarity, short-circuit recognition). Clear understanding of mechanical assembly (torque specs, thread types, fastener identification).
• Language Requirements: English: Minimum B1 level (solid communication skills). Italian: A strong \"Nice to Have\" (B2)
• Your Personality: Highly detail-oriented, systematic, and persistent in pursuing quality standards. A strong self-starter who works well independently and feels comfortable navigating ambiguous situations. Diplomatic yet firm when dealing with external partners.
