(Junior) Research Executive - DACH (m/f/d)

Your mission as a (Junior) Research Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of market research projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from questionnaire setup to fieldwork monitoring. You will work closely with Research Consultants, supporting them in delivering impactful insights to clients while building a strong foundation across all steps of the research process.You will play a key role in bringing research projects to life behind the scenes - translating project requirements into well-executed surveys, ensuring data quality, and enabling the generation of reliable insights.

What yoube doing

• Operational implementation and coordination of market research projects, including programming, testing, and monitoring of surveys
• Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the Appinio platform, ensuring accuracy and high data quality
• Support the adaptation and testing of questionnaires across different use cases and methods (e.g., U&A, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, Conjoint)
• Monitor survey performance and proactively identify and resolve issues during fieldwork
• Collaborate closely with Research Consultants, supporting analysis and reporting where needed
• Work cross-functionally with Account Management and Research Consulting to ensure smooth project handovers and execution
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all project steps, ensuring reliable and consistent delivery

role if

• You have a degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a similar data-related field
• You have at least 1 or 2 years of work experience in market research
• You are highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, tools, and structured processes
• You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks in parallel in a fast-paced environment
• You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or similar tools)
• You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different teams
• You are fluent in English andproficient in German(C2 level, spoken and written)
• You bring a hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic mindset, combined with a strong sense of ownership You have an affinity for numbers, data
