Key Account Manager (m/w/d) - Automated Storage Systems - (Key-Account-Manager/in)

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational management of a globally operating key account
• Preparation of analyses, reports, statistics, and sales forecasts
• Close collaboration with international project teams and colleagues
• Tender management for international large-scale projects, including the evaluation and processing of complex inquiries and the sale of intralogistics system solutions
• Project management from the planning phase through to the handover to downstream business units - Development and implementation of customer-specific sales strategies - Continuous improvement and optimization of products and processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training with strong technical understanding; ideally supplemented by a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Several years of sales experience in project business, preferably within the intralogistics and steel construction industries
• Knowledge of project management and experience working with CAD software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

High degree of flexibility, strong results orientation, resilience, reliability, and team spirit
