Lead IT Solutions Consultant - Healthcare Logistics (EMEA) (m/f/d)

As an IT Systems Lead Engineer, you act as a key driver in designing integrated solutions, with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and serve as a subject matter expert. You collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery success and drive the development of IT standards and scalable solutions across EMEA. You also act as a trusted advisor, guiding colleagues and projects on IT-related topics.

• Tender & Pre-Sales & Concept/Solutioning & Design: Lead technical discovery with the customer and KN project team, including the development of solution options.
• Define high-level architecture/NFRs, sizing, SCT, ROM/DFE estimates, risks/assumptions, and delivery wave plans for bids and RFPs.
• Review and validate automation concepts and solutions.

Delivery: Accountable for build, configuration, integration, testing, performance assurance, data readiness, stable environments, as well as cut-over planning and hypercare stabilization. Operations: Ensure operational readiness, including documentation/runbooks and knowledge transfer; provide L3 support and actively drive problem management. Standardization & Governance: Lead continental and/or global IT standardization initiatives and teams, creating reusable patterns, reference designs, IaC/configuration baselines, and runbooks

• In-depth WMS (preferably Blue Yonder) know-how in Solution Design & Configuration
• Effective virtual leadership & project management skills in order to ensure project targets are being achieved in time and according to defined scope
• Experience on IT related HC specifics such as CSV & HC QM requirements
• Excellent customer orientation as well as organisational flexibility & adaptability
• Working under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and willing to go the extra mile Ability to work independently with good collaboration skills Ability to listen and translate in efficient & best in class solution including good documentation skills
