Leadership Assistant & Junior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Leadership support**

• Manage calendars for the CEO DACH & Nordics and members of the German Leadership Team.
• Organise internal and external meetings and make sure participants have the information they need.
• Prepare agendas and keep track of actions agreed during meetings.
• Coordinate enquiries involving the German Leadership Team and colleagues across the business.
• Help the leadership team maintain an overview of deadlines and current projects.
• Support the onboarding of new colleagues and help organise internal meetings or team events.

Business analysis**

• Collect and analyse operational and business information using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for the German Leadership Team.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for management meetings and business reviews.
• Document business processes and understand how work is carried out across different teams.
• Identify where reporting, processes or coordination could be improved.
• Support projects by gathering information and monitoring progress.
• Track agreed performance measures and management actions.
• Present business information in a form that helps senior colleagues make decisions.

• Around one to two years of experience in an administrative, project support, junior business analysis or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep track of several activities at the same time.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confidence using Excel functions and pivot tables. Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence tool would be useful.
• An analytical approach and an interest in understanding how a business operates.
• The ability to prepare clear reports and presentations for senior colleagues.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
• Good judgement when handling confidential business information.
• The ability to work independently while staying closely connected to the leadership team.
• You do not need to know the insurance business in detail when you join. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how the business works and develop further into analytical and project responsibilities.
