Logistics Assistant Intern (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Track order status and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Handle order modifications and communicate changes with customers.
• Arrange shipments from the factory warehouse to customers.
• Monitor logistics progress and resolve any delivery issues. Ensure all delivery-related documents are accurate and properly managed. Manage daily transportation costs and ensure cost efficiency. Review and control special freight costs for urgent or exceptional shipments. Maintain regular communication with Tier 1 customers and trading partners. Address customer inquiries and coordinate delivery requirements. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer communication, especially with Tier 1 customers and trading clients.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
• Ability to manage freight costs and delivery documentation.
• Proficient in ERP systems for order processing and inventory tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
