Your daily tasks:

Independent processing of shipping and production orders
Monitoring and updating the status of shipments and orders
Ensuring on-time deliveries and comprehensive documentation
Communication with internal departments and external logistics service providers
Supporting the organization of global shipping processes - Maintaining key performance indicators and taking over operational logistics tasks - Customer service in German and English

Your qualifications:

Completed training in a commercial field
Experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain management, or industrial administration
Excellent command of both German and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Reliability and flexibility - Professional behavior in interactions with various stakeholders

We are currently looking for a Logistics Representative (m/f/d) or Office Administrator (m/f/d) with strong English and German language skills to support our experienced logistics team for our client in Estenfeld.The position is full-time and permanent, with the possibility of Home-office after the initial training period.
