M&A Analyst (m/f/d)

• Support M&A advisory mandates, marketing and origination initiatives
• Conduct sector, company, investor and market research
• Prepare pitches, company profiles and transaction materials
• Perform financial analysis, modelling and valuations

• Degree from a top university, ideally in economics, finance or business
• Relevant internship or prior full-time M&A experience
• Superior analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong resilience, integrity, work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to learn Business-fluent English; German or a CEE language is a plus
