In the frame of acquisition projects of new assets, the Industrial Maintainer brings the Maintenance requirements and expertise along at each relevant milestone in order to ensure the maintainability of the new asset. Specifically before Entry Into Service, they confirm the right quality of documentation & training received and set-up the preventive maintenance plan with the spare parts needed on-stock.

The Maintenance Engineer coordinates the maintenance tasks according to the annual budget, related maintenance plans and unplanned maintenance tasks. Furthermore, the Maintenance Engineer contributes to ensure the required plant availability/plant performance KPI, based on the company's or department's technical objectives of availability and quality.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTAINER:

In the frame of maintenance activities on assets in production, the industrial maintainer sets and optimizes the maintenance plan, using maintenance methods and AOS routines in order to ensure the technical availability at the best possible cost. It includes the analysis of failures and common faults and the definition of actions to prevent them through PPS methodology.

INDUSTRIAL ASSET MANAGER :

The Industrial Asset Manager, as stated in the ISO 55000, actively works to maximize the value produced by physical assets (machinery, tooling's, automated systems, etc.) throughout their entire lifecycle. It is a balancing act between risk, performance & cost which requires trade-offs between financial, technical, environmental, regulatory & social constraints. The Industrial Asset Manager has a wide understanding of the industry and brings together all the relevant functions surrounding physical assets in order to take informed, well-balanced, efficient decisions. The Industrial Asset Manager complies with the Asset Management System (Policy, Objectives, Strategy) and accordingly manages asset risk & opps, capital & operational expenditures and performance.

CONTRACT MANAGER :

The maintenance contract manager is in charge of managing the maintenance service providers operating on Airbus sites. They are a key player of the Multi Functional Team with Procurement, writing the technical specification and selecting the maintenance provider. In the execution phase of the contract, they review and challenge the performance of the maintenance providers (through KPIs and Process Confirmation routines) and act as the interface between the provider and customers for any concern with regards to safety, quality, environment and operational points escalated. They also manage contract changes needed and elaborate proposals with regards to Make or Buy Strategy.

Other tasks :

  • Support to maintenance technicians in terms of expertise on complex breakdowns.
  • Contributes to digital transformation strategy in maintenance and improvement projects (i.e. enabling Industry 4.0, condition-based and predictive maintenance implementation).
  • CMMS Key-User. **

Desired skills and qualifications:**

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation/Robotics) or a highly relevant technical discipline with equivalent field experience

  • English negotiation level - German native
