Manager AI & Digital Strategy (all genders)

What you can expect

• You are responsible for the design of the digital transformation process within our customer projects
• As a (partial) project manager, you will lead the project team, be the customer's technical contact person and regularly present the current work results to the stakeholders
• Develop strategies for our clients in the implementation of digital business models, enterprise architectures at every management level and new IT strategies
• Advise our clients through the use of modern information and communication technologies
• Internally, drive innovative transformation topics and contribute to one of our communities

• Several years of consulting experience with responsibility for projects and teams, along with deep expertise in digitalization, data strategies, and/or artificial intelligence
• Proven experience in leading project teams and sub-organizations, as well as managing complex initiatives
• Ability to communicate and present complex topics effectively to C-level stakeholders in a tailored and impactful manner
• Good conceptual and analytical skills combined with a high level of execution focus and results orientation
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset (e.g., proposals, margins, growth), along with excellent German and English skills and a confident professional presence
