Manufacturing Engineer - Fully Remote (m/f/d)
Role Responsibilities
- Complete and narrate real industrial and manufacturing engineering tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
- Evaluate and improve AI model performance using process, operations, and production engineering workflows.
- Utilize process design, lean/Six Sigma, and production planning to enhance model outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
- Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
Qualifications
- Must-Have MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with process design, lean/Six Sigma, production planning, quality control, or supply chain analysis.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or have 2-3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
