Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) for AIRBUS (Ingenieur/in - Maschinenbau)

Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily and on shift line side support to manage technical issues and continuous improvement: missing parts, Non Conformities, concessions if applicable (DQN, Design Query Note), Outstanding Work, maintenance, jigs & tools
• Perform Work Order Management for out of cycle work
• Escalate recurrent issues & request support to the Work Prep, PPC (Production Pace Control), Maintenance, MAP (Mise-a-Point) & Outstanding Work support functions roles, if not manageable at level1
• Involve the Work Prep, PPC, Maintenance, MAP & OSW (Out of Sequence Work) support functions roles in the continuous improvement routines of the production team
• Support capacity management : anticipate capacity fluctuation to cover changes in the PLC (product life cycle situation) and grow competence

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aircraft Manufacturing or comparable
• Work experience in the field of Workplace Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing / Production, Aircraft Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge in Lean Management and in the field of civil aviation (CA) documentation
• Silled handling in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
• Shift work in a two-shift system (early and late shifts)
