Marketing Intern (m/f/d)

Job responsibilities

• Data extraction and analysis to monitor our Clienteling-KPIs
• Weekly reporting for each boutique
• Create and update presentations and proposals for different meetings and events
• Assisting the Retail Marketing Manager in different missions:
• Guaranteeing the company's image during retail events via proposal validation with the Central team
• Conduct supplier research to support boutique initiatives
• Support the development of treatments for our clients
• Support in the planning and organization of in-store events, including preparation, implementation, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with the regional & the central team
• Coordination of gift orders: Order tracking, delivery, targeting, usage guidelines, as well as benchmarking with competitors, creation of performance reports and collection of feedback

For our Marketing-team we are looking for a Marketing Intern with passion and drive in Geneva . You are available for at least 6 months starting January 2027 and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). In this position you work closely with our Marketing team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.

Profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and show flexibility due to changes in business demands
• Fluent in English and French - German is a plus
• University studies with a focus on Marketing, Clienteling, or another relevant field
• First work experience (e.g. student work or internships)
