Medicinal Chemist - Fully Remote (m/f/d)

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic research problems for AI models in drug research and development.
• Build a data room from real, source-grounded data ensuring every value traces to a real source.
• Write a grading document to score submissions on substance, not style or method.
• Validate and calibrate tasks before submission to ensure accuracy and depth.
• Revise tasks based on reviewer feedback, maintaining authority on scientific and difficulty questions.

Qualifications

• Must-Have Expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.
• PhD or equivalent industry track record.
• Ability to pose defensible problems that require genuine reasoning.
• Comfortable judging reasoning quality, not just final answers.
