Your Tasks
- Recording and documenting equipment subject to mandatory inspection
- Assigning equipment to the relevant statutory inspections in accordance with the Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV) and the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV)
- Selecting a certified company or a person qualified to carry out the inspection
- Booking inspections in SAP and coordinating dates internally and externally
- Efficient preparation of inspections to avoid prolonged downtime Monitoring, coordinating and documenting the relevant inspections Resolving defects and initiating necessary steps
Your Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, technician qualification or equivalent
- Good written and spoken German
- Safety awareness and analytical skills
- Confident handling of digital and written documentation
- Reliability, initiative, consistency, flexibility Solution-oriented thinking and a goal-oriented, quality- and cost-conscious approach to work Confident use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
