Responsibilities:

Own and continuously improve the Operational Excellence management system for the Hamburg Wafer Fab.
Align improvement priorities and targets with the local Fab Management Team.
Drive and monitor execution of strategic improvement initiatives.
Own the site Cost Down roadmap and facilitate regular management reviews.
Ensure transparency of the initiatives, including owners, KPIs, benefits, and status.
Act as a challenger of the organization, driving accountability and results.
Escalate risks, delays, and performance gaps when business targets are at risk.
Ensure sustainable implementation and realization of improvement benefits.
Drive cross-factory collaboration and best-practice transfer within the global Operational Excellence network.

Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and factory operations preferred.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Experience in driving cross-functional improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
Ability to influence, challenge, and align stakeholders up to senior management level.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a management-oriented mindset.
Structured, result-oriented, and highly self-driven way of working.
Interest in digitalization, automation, data analytics, and AI applications.
Fluent English skills; German is highly desirable.
