Patent Attorney Assistant (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for handling formalities, preparing correspondence with courts, patent and trademark offices, and our domestic and international clients. You will support our attorneys in meeting deadlines and independently handle all related organizational tasks, such as obtaining legalizations and apostilles and coordinating international filing programs. Optionally, we also offer you the opportunity to provide temporary on-site support directly to our clients. You are also welcome to assist with processing incoming correspondence and official communications, as well as recording and monitoring deadlines.

• Enjoy working in a law firm environment
• Completed vocational training as a Patent Attorney Assistant / IP Paralegal (m/f/d) and/or Legal Assistant / Paralegal (m/f/d)
• Good written and spoken English
• Client-focused approach
• Independent and committed working style, a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility
• Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with PatOrg would be an advantage
• Category B driving licence would be an advantage
