Payroll Specialist - Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (f/m/d)
Für unser HR Shared Service Center bei Hexagon suchen wir einen erfahrenen Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) am Standort Wetzlar. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Vorbereitung und Koordination der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung und arbeiten eng mit unseren HR Business Partnern sowie einem externen Payroll-Dienstleister zusammen.

Aufgabenbereiche
- Vorbereitung und Koordination der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Payroll-Dienstleister sowie den deutschlandweiten HR Business Partnern
- Pflege und Verwaltung abrechnungsrelevanter Personalstammdaten
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und externe Partner bei Fragen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung
- Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern, Krankenkassen und Behörden
- Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten und Betriebsprüfungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Steuerfachangestellte/r
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, idealerweise 5 Jahre oder mehr
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuer-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Abrechnungsdienstleistern von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Wissensaustausch
