People & Talent Manager (m/w/d)

• You can work securely in our HRIS: creating job postings, maintaining pipelines, and keeping accurate status records. The data is correct without anyone having to follow up.
• Every application submitted to you will receive a response within 36 hours. There are no exceptions, and no follow-up from within the department.
• You conduct the initial interviews for your first vacancies independently and can explain the product, business model and team in such a way that candidates know what they are getting into.
• Contract creation, onboarding setup and certificates are handled by you in a timely and error-free manner. Month 6 (Self-responsibility)
• You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for a first specialist area, from initial job posting to contract offer. You will conduct the briefing with the hiring manager yourself and ensure clear requirements are defined.
• You see early on if a pipeline isn't holding up, and you come up with a suggestion instead of an explanation: a different approach, a different channel, a sharper profile.
• Your response time is typically less than 24 hours, even with a high volume of applications.
• You have streamlined or redesigned at least one recurring admin or recruiting process with AI support, resulting in a time saving that you can quantify. Month 12 (Own area)
• You are responsible for recruiting for two to three specialist areas, including needs planning with the respective lead.
• Your casts are holding up, and time-to-hire for your roles remains stable within the agreed range.
• For recurring roles, we have a well-maintained talent pool, and you provide a monthly report from which decisions are made.
• You have taken on a second area of ​​responsibility in talent management, for example the onboarding journey or a component of personnel development.

Who we are looking for

• Initial experience in the talent field: One to three years in which you have managed or been responsible for your own positions. Agency, in-house, or both – we are open to that.
• HR administration is familiar to you: contracts, master data, deadlines. You know that diligence here is not an extra, but the foundation.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural people person: You express yourself clearly and politely, both in writing and verbally, you listen attentively, and you quickly build trust. For many applicants, you are Rabot's first impression.
• AI-native: You use AI tools naturally in everyday life, but you check every result before proceeding.
• Independent, reliable, persistent: You don't wait for a to-do list, you handle confidential information cleanly and you stick with a position that drags on.
• Presence and language skills: You will be regularly present in our Berlin office. Fluent German and good written and spoken English are required.
• Nice to have: experience in a modern HRIS, experience with high application volume, experience in a scale-up or other rapidly growing environment, exposure to onboarding or personnel development. Wir bieten What we offer you
