Praktikum Product Design & UX Research (Pflichtpraktikum, m/w/d), Berlin

• You run user interviews and usability tests with traders at global energy companies and turn what you learn into product decisions
• You design flows, information architecture and data-heavy screens (dashboards, pricing tools, AI assistants) from first sketch to Figma handoff
• You work AI-first: prototype with AI tools, test with users, ship within weeks
• You build and maintain research artefacts the whole team uses: interview notes, journey maps, a living insight library

• You are an enrolled student and your degree requires a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum, 4 to 6 months)
• You have first design or research work of your own, university projects fully count
• You are curious about how people make decisions with complex data, and comfortable working in English
