Your responsibilities

Provide technical support for and further develop an industrial wet coating process for electrode foils
Monitor, analyze, and interpret process and production data to ensure stable manufacturing operations, while developing and enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze process deviations and derive and implement appropriate corrective actions to improve process stability
Optimize process parameters in close collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering
Support process trials, production start-ups, and the introduction of new materials or product variants
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality across the entire process chain, including upstream and downstream process steps

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a Natural Science discipline (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field).
Initial professional experience in an industrial manufacturing or process environment, ideally within the chemical or process industry.
Interest in coating, mixing, or continuous manufacturing processes.
Basic understanding of data-driven process analysis and the use of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Structured, analytical, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
