  • New product qualification and technology transfers from a mother fab.
  • Big data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and/or manufacturing tool issues.
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to improve yield and performance for each specific product.
  • Collaborating with the engineering teams to maintain process stability and provide technical solutions to customers.
  • By collaborating with Product engineering & Quality Reliability teams, you could learn yield and failure analysis skill to dig out the low yield or quality/reliability problems. Then come out the device, design, or process solution to fix the issues.
  • Scheduled evening shifts and weekend on-duty/on-call rotations in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in Germany.
  • Available for on-the-job training in Taiwan for one year.
  • Degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or a related technical Field.
  • Fluent in English with good command of German.
  • Familiar with process change management in a manufacturing environment. A strong team player that can multitask, coordinate between teams. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and design is a plus. Willing to work in a clean room environment.
