Your Prospective Job: For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Procurement Support (m/f/d) with the option to develop into a Junior Buyer in Hamburg / Finkenwerder. Your Responsibilities:
- Price management for complex cabin components
- Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM
- Create and follow-up purchase orders
- Follow-up payment of invoices
- Support buyers in managing data integrity in Airbus Procurement Tools Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data Manage the electronic & physical archiving of contractual documents Define best practices and harmonize way of working across workpackages Work with AI and Google Tools to automate administrative tasks Research data and interview specialists to provide other Airbus Teams with the data for negotiations Negotiate directly with suppliers non-recurring and recurring cost of design changes
Your Profile: Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Quality, Supply Chain Logistics or comparable
- Professional experience in Disposition, Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain
- Basic knowledge in Project Management
- Good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills spoken and written German skills advantageous
