Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Procurement Support (m/f/d) with the option to develop into a Junior Buyer in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your Responsibilities:
- Price management for complex cabin components
- Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM
- Create and follow-up purchase orders
- Follow-up payment of invoices
- Support buyers in managing data integrity in Airbus Procurement Tools
- Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data
- Manage the electronic & physical archiving of contractual documents
- Define best practices and harmonize way of working across workpackages
- Work with AI and Google Tools to automate administrative tasks
- Research data and interview specialists to provide other Airbus Teams with the data for negotiations
- Negotiate directly with suppliers non-recurring and recurring cost of design changes
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Quality, Supply Chain Logistics or comparable
- Professional experience in Disposition, Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain
- Basic knowledge in Project Management
- Good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- German skills advantageous
