Product Manager m/f/d

• Identify and prioritise customer problems, market opportunities, and high-value use cases.
• Define and manage standard product packages that deliver clear customer value.
• Own and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and engineering capacity.
• Establish success metrics, adoption KPIs, and ROI measurements for product solutions.
• Lead product governance processes, including product decisions, acceptance criteria, and AI governance standards.
• Support product commercialisation, pricing strategy, and the transition from custom projects to scalable offerings.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management with ownership of a B2B software product.
• Experience in B2B software/SaaS and industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in customer discovery, product roadmaps, and product launches.
• Knowledge of AI (EU AI Act), data analytics, IoT, and digital solutions, ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, commercial, and customer-facing teams to embed security and privacy requirements into product development.
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting pricing and business model decisions while handling confidential customer and business information appropriately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to simplify complexity and convert customer needs into scalable, standardised products.
