YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

- Quality Control in the APAC Distribution Center: Management of incoming goods inspections and issuance of usage decisions (release, rework, quarantine) in the regional Distribution Center for the APAC market is handled together with a 3rd party partner.

- Supplier Qualification & Cost of Quality: Managing supplier complaints regarding component and frame defects involves monitoring containment actions and tracking quality-related costs across the Asian region.
- Lean & Process Optimization on the Shop Floor: Assisting partner plants in balancing cycle times (Yamazumi), reducing downtime, and optimizing ergonomic tact workstations applies proven Lean principles.

- Affinity: A strong passion for bicycles/e-bikes goes hand in hand with a deep understanding of state-of-the-art bicycle assembly techniques, frame properties, torque specifications, and electronic/mechanical components.
- Pragmatism & Intercultural Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and the ability to moderate root cause analysis workshops on the shop floor define your approach; empathy and experience with Asian culture are a major plus.
