- You lead the strategy and roadmap for our enterprise eHealth portfolio, including cloud and platform solutions.
- You own and manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and MVP to launch, scaling, and end of life.
- You systematically prioritize the portfolio and roadmap, drawing on market potential, customer feedback, competition, and profitability.
- You define modular product architectures and drive key decisions on centralized versus decentralized development.
- You inspire and develop your Product Management team, establishing a data-driven, customer-centric product culture.
- Extensive experience in enterprise software product management, ideally with leadership responsibility (Head/Director level).
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree from a renowned university is highly desirable and highlights your business and leadership profile.
- Proven success in building and scaling B2B software products, preferably in eHealth or healthcare IT.
- Strong technical expertise in platforms, cloud, APIs; familiarity with standards such as FHIR, HL7, EHR, and security/compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop talent and operate confidently at executive level, in both German and English.
- Mobile work: Work flexibly on the move two days a week and on site three days a week.
