Project Assistant - Business Transformation Program (m/f/d) (Projektassistent/in)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, workshops, and project-related events across multiple stakeholder groups
• Support the planning and execution of project governance meetings and workshops
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate version control within SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms
• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of project status reports, presentations, and dashboard inputs
• Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and logistical inquiries
• Support onboarding activities for new team members and external consultants
• Organize travel arrangements and logistics for workshops, project events, and go-live activities
• Track action items and support follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and external implementation partners
• Provide administrative and coordination support during critical project phases and special initiatives

Ihr Profil

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, Bachelor's degree, or comparable qualification
• Previous experience in a Project Assistant or Team Assistant, or a similar support role
• Experience in ERP, IT, or transformation projects
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Collaborative and service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Reliable, resilient, proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently
• Business fluency in English is required; German is a plus
