Project Leader (m/f/d) – ssMOS Development (Mikrotechnologe/-technologin - Halbleitertechnik)

• Define the overall project plan in consultation and agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders
• Responsible for implementation and realization according to the project plan and within agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization)
• Ensure that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, monitor and control execution of own projectsCross Functional Team Management
• Define competencies and resources needed and build a high-performing project team. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict managementRisk and Issue Management
• Analyze project risks regarding specifications, costs, timing, etc. and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risksChange Management

This is you

• University degree in an engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
• Minimum 3 years of proven track record in successful management and delivery projects, depending on educational credentials
• Proven leadership qualities in leading project teams in an intercultural environment
• A strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning and budget management including CAPEX and product cost control
• PMI certification or similar is beneficial
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages is a plus
• Experience of managing diverse, cross-functional project teams in a matrixed organization
• A demonstrable ability to build, motivate, and sustain high-performing teams
• Ability to work under pressure and to take initiative to find solutions for problems
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills in German
• Good team player
