You will develop technical solutions with a focus on the electrical design of test benches and coordinate closely with our customers
You will prepare proposals, calculate costs, and assume technical and business responsibility for projects
You will coordinate all relevant departments—from electrical engineering and mechanical design to software and design
You will optimize electrical system architectures for test benches and ensure that they comply with current technical standards and regulatory requirements
You will serve as the liaison between customers and development teams, understand their requirements, and translate them into innovative technical solutions
You will develop new business areas in the field of electrical test bench technology and align our offerings with market needs
You will identify customer needs, ensure their satisfaction, and build long-term business relationships

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of the electrical system design of test benches, as well as experience in the selection and integration of electrical components (e.g., power electronics, sensors, measurement technology, cabling concepts)
Practical experience in project or product management and/or sales
A systematic and process-oriented approach to work, with the ability to grasp complex technical relationships and develop pragmatic solutions
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, as well as excellent communication skills in German and English
A high degree of initiative, a spirit of innovation, and the ability to work well in a team
