Project Manager (m/w/d) Advanced Manufacturing & Production
You take ownership of high-impact projects, bring people together, navigate challenges, and turn ambitious ideas into reality. Working closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customers, and leadership, you drive projects from concept to completion. Bringing structure to complex initiatives, keeping teams aligned, and identifying risks before they become problems are central to your role. You are responsible for ensuring everyone is moving toward the same goal and timeline. Your contribution helps drastically increase our capabilities and production capacity. As a key member and leader of our team, you take on real ownership and responsibility, with a real opportunity to shape how we grow.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Your background includes at least five years of project management experience, ideally in semiconductor, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or another highly technical environment. You have experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and working closely with engineering and technical teams. Managing competing priorities, timelines, and dependencies is a demonstrated strength of yours. A strong understanding of project planning, risk management, resource planning, and change management complements your experience with project management tools and methodologies. A PMP, CAPM, or another project management certification is an asset. You combine strong project management fundamentals with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. You go beyond simply managing projects: you make things happen. You live close to the plant or are willing to relocate to the area. Your Mindset Taking ownership comes naturally to you. You don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem. You move with urgency and understand that speed matters without sacrificing quality. When the path forward isn’t obvious, you bring structure to ambiguity and create clarity. A fast-paced environment energizes you. You embrace change and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. Growth, problem-solving, and the opportunity to have a real impact on a growing company motivate you. You enjoy variety and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
