Project & Program Manager (f/m/d) - Operations and Infrastructure (Projektleiter/in)

Stellenbeschreibung

• Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance, infrastructure, and site development projects across the assigned region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee upgrades to existing facilities, including office spaces, shop floor optimization, and building infrastructure improvements supporting Last Mile operations.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to define, implement, and continuously improve site performance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Design & Construction, and Engineering to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop business cases, strategic proposals, and executive-level presentations to secure alignment and approval from senior leadership.

Profil

• You hold a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• You have proven experience in program and/or project management, including defining and executing complex project requirements.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are experienced in using data, metrics, and KPIs to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• You have advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, and ideally experience working with SQL.
• You have a track record of implementing standardized, repeatable processes and driving automation initiatives.
• You are experienced in managing cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and are confident working with and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery, process improvement, project scheduling, and governance is highly desirable.
