Ihre Aufgaben

Ensure that all enforceable regulations are applied in daily work, particularly Part 21G and EN9100, as well as procedures from Safran Aircraft Engines or the airframer.
Participate in internal and external audits, manage corrective actions following audits, and ensure that all FAL (Final Assembly Line) processes are understood and followed by the FAL team.
Update quality indicators.
Prepare and participate in quality inspections of engines with the airframer and with airline representatives.
Issue supplementary EASA Form 1 certificates for engines and complete delivery documentation.
Ensure that all interventions on engines are performed according to defined processes and are properly recorded; maintain accurate tracking of engine configuration changes.
Track all non-quality events and configuration events, and lead root cause analysis when necessary.
The Quality / Configuration Manager serves as the main point of contact for all Quality Assurance topics for the FAL team and the Safran Aircraft Engines quality organization.

Ihr Profil

Significant experience in production quality, program quality, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) quality within the aeronautics sector is recommended.
Knowledge of PART 21G, PART 66, or PART 145 regulations is preferred.
Familiarity with health and environmental regulations is a plus.
Experience in jet engine manufacturing or aircraft manufacturing is an advantage.
Knowledge of Airbus quality tools such as e-QLB or SAP-PDA is a plus.
Technical English is mandatory; fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Ability to communicate in French or German is a plus
