IHR PROFIL:
You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship/training program, or possess a comparable qualification. Initial experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the areas of quality management or manufacturing, is considered an advantage. First leadership experience and a strong technical aptitude are a plus, but not mandatory. Ideally, you have gained initial experience with common quality management methods such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and ISO 9001. Excellent English skills (C1 level), both written and spoken, are essential due to regular communication with customers in English. Knowledge of Polish is an advantage. You hold a valid Class B driver's license and are willing to work in a two-shift system. Your profile is complemented by strong teamwork and communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
