Quality Engineer, Operations & Strategy (m/w/d) (Qualitätsingenieur/in)

Your Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and visualize quality performance indicators (e.g., First Pass Yield, SRR, Customer PPM) and drive measurable improvements in cooperation operative Quality Engineers
- Support development projects with a focus on error prevention and process robustness using APQP toolset
- Own and manage the non-conformance management process, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable corrective actions
- Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of production-related quality issues
- Lead the handling of customer concerns and complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures
- Act as a trusted advisor to production teams on all quality-related matters
- Support cross-functional projects within the designated value stream organization
- Serve as a key interface between Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the strategic development and optimization of inspection and quality assurance processes
- Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement and maintain company-specific quality processes and standards
- Support the Quality Manager in the regular evaluation and continuous improvement of the management system

What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Master Technician)
- Professional experience and training in Quality Management and quality-related methodologies mandatory including APQP
- Experience in KPI management and improvement projects
- Experience in project management / coordination
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to take ownership, influence stakeholders, and drive change effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential (C1+)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
