Quality Line Side (d/m/w) AIRBUS (Qualitätsingenieur/in)

• Ensure product quality and oversee product-related activities through technical inspections during aircraft manufacturing.
• Authorize components for the next production process stage, including deviation management.
• Create, monitor, and close non-conformities, such as deviation reports and troubleshooting tasks.
• Provide professional guidance and support to production staff within the quality domain.
• Train and onboard quality assurance personnel, including setting and assessing practical work samples.
• Conduct and visualize Practical Problem Solving (PPS) activities and analyze quality problems using PPS methods.

• Completed vocational training as a certified Aircraft Builder or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Professional experience (2+ years) in areas such as aviation, electrical systems, mechanics, helicopter manufacturing, or quality assurance.
• Proficient in IT systems, including SAP and Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, preferably holding a master's-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Highly proficient in German and confident English communication skills (both written and oral).
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style with a high level of accountability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across multiple levels within the organization.
• A prerequisite of specific qualification packages (3.1, 4, and 9) as outlined.
• Special requirements: 808P visual acuity test and G37 screen workstation checks are mandatory for quality inspectors.
