R&D Mechatronic PTM (m/f/d) (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

Your tasks:

• Customer-Centric Accountability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting customer needs by ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality samples and robust designs, balancing technical excellence with economic pragmatism
• Effective Communication & Coordination: Lead with diplomacy and clarity when organizing design reviews and interfacing with cross-functional networks (Purchasing, Industrial), ensuring seamless information flow and timely decision-making
• Stakeholder Representation: Serve as the trusted face of R&D Mechatronics to the customer, utilizing active listening and negotiation skills to translate complex requests into actionable internal goals
• Strategic Problem Solving: Maintain transparency through proactive reporting and displays the assertiveness needed to escalate critical issues to the Mechatronic Project Manager when necessary
• Resourceful Planning: Contribute to budgeting and resource identification with a forward-thinking approach, simplifying complex activities to ensure the team remains focused and on schedule
• People Management & Mentorship: Provide inspiring daily leadership to all contributors. Beyond just assigning tasks, the PTM focuses on motivating the team, tracking progress with a supportive attitude, and implementing "back-on-track" plans through collaborative problem-solving rather than just oversight
