Real Estate Associate to Managing Associate (m/f/d)
A leading national firm is seeking an accomplished Real Estate Solicitor to join its established team in Southampton.

This role offers strong visibility, hands‑on responsibility and the chance to manage a varied caseload of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and wider asset management work. You'll act for investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset managers, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver commercial, joined‑up advice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE and the team are open to considering up to the Managing Associate level. Solid technical experience and confidence running your own matters while contributing to team goals is key within the role.
