Rehabilitation Specialist (m/f/d)

• Support global rehabilitation services for cochlear implant users and provide professional guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and further develop rehabilitation and training content
• Develop and promote rehabilitation materials, learning programs, and services for diverse target groups and delivery formats
• Present rehabilitation topics and educational content at events, training sessions, and conferences, both online and on-site
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement rehabilitation and education strategies

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (University/FH) in Speech and Language Therapy, Audiology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, Special Education, or a related field
• Additional qualifications and practical experience in auditory rehabilitation are an asset
• Experience working with people with hearing loss and knowledge of modern hearing technologies
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Strong communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams
