Residential & Commercial Property Fee Earner (m/w/d)
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with an established and growing law firm in Rotherham to recruit an Experienced Residential & Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its expanding Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who has a strong background across both residential and commercial property and is looking to join a supportive team where they can take ownership of a varied caseload and play an important role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, providing a professional, efficient and client-focused service. Your caseload will include a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Commercial property sales and acquisitions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases
- Acting for both landlords and tenants
- Remortgages and refinancing, including bridging financeTransfers of equityNew build and more complex property transactionsReviewing title documentation, searches and enquiriesDealing with lenders and mortgage requirementsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third partiesManaging transactions through exchange, completion and post-completionMaintaining strong client relationships and providing regular updatesSupporting the continued growth and development of the Residential and Commercial Property departments
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both residential and commercial conveyancing and be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. You will be organised, proactive and commercially minded, with excellent communication and client-care skills. You should also be comfortable managing a busy workload while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and service. This role would suit an experienced Residential & Commercial Conveyancer, Property Fee Earner or Legal Executive who is looking for a new challenge within an established and growing firm.
