Robotic Implementation Specialist (f/m/d)

Provide technical support in the OR during robotic-assisted procedures using the hinotori robotic surgery system, ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted use of the system.

  • Act as the primary on-site technical champion and point of contact in the OR, supporting the overall system setup during cases, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization throughout the daily surgical routine
  • Identify and resolve technical issues of the system in real time, escalating complex situations in a timely fashion to the appropriate teams when required.
  • Support hospitals with related materials, equipment, instrument availability and readiness in strict communication with the OR teams and their stakeholders, including ordering processes and stock checks
  • Collaborate with the Training Department during the customer training at the Medicaroid Intelligence Laboratory training center (MIL ORSI / MIL IRCAD) supporting the customers of the affiliated hospital implementing or using the system.
  • Bridge the communication between Medicaroid Europe GmbH and the customer site.
  • Experience in the OR setting or understanding of the OR setting and dynamics
  • Min. 2 years of clinical experience or commercial experience in similar role
  • Personal hands-on technical aptitudes, with willingness to learn complex and advanced medical equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Ability to work alone and in multidisciplinary teams to achieve the KPIs of the company
  • Ability to deliver clear relevant information within the boundaries of the role
  • High organizational and time management skills, prioritizing appropriately the task and the support provided
  • Ability to escalate situations appropriately in a timely fashion
  • Proficiency in information gathering, documentation and report writing
  • Ability to lead and work on projects
  • B2 verbal and written English required
  • C2 verbal and written German Required
  • Flexibility to travel also during unsocial hours
  • On field support for a minimum of 60% of the time
  • Personal motivation and striving for improvement and development
  • The position requires on-site presence at one of the installation sites (Regions Mainz, Tübingen and/ or Gronau).
  • Valid driver’s license, enabling independent travel to and between installation sites.
