Sales Associate (m/f/d)

• Own the pipeline from first touch to close: qualify inbound leads, lead discovery, assess use cases, volumes, decision processes and fit, and keep deal stages and forecasts up to date in our CRM. •
• Run the full sales cycle with digital health brands, retail and pharmacy partners, from demos and proposals through negotiation and signature to a smooth handover to Customer Success. •
• Support larger insurer and pharma deals with research, sales materials, follow-ups and stakeholder mapping, working with our founders and Head of Sales. •
• Represent Remi Health at trade fairs and industry events, speak with prospects at our booth and represent the company to the market. •
• Build new pipeline through targeted outbound by email, phone and LinkedIn. •
• Shape our sales process, playbook and tooling with the founders and Head of Sales as we scale. •

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, healthtech, services or an agency, ideally with your own quota or targets. •
• A track record of sourcing and closing deals from first contact to signature. •
• Confidence on the phone and in video calls, with a structured approach to outbound. •
• Strong CRM and pipeline discipline. •
• Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day sales work. •
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English. •
• Curiosity about healthcare and the motivation to understand a complex product. Nice to have: •
• Sales experience in healthcare, digital health, pharmacies or retail. •
• Experience with Close or HubSpot.
