Sales Director (d/f/m)

As part of our team, your mission is to refine our sales strategy and be responsible for our ambitious growth targets! You actively drive sales, implement scalable sales processes and build up a high performance sales team. We are looking for a professional who can deeply understand our customers and is able to work effectively and strategically with cross functional teams including product/tech and marketing to ensure we hit our commercial goals. You enjoy challenging problems and love to roll up your sleeves to hustle together with like-minded peers.

• Proven ability to establish processes and build up a high performance team
• Relevant industry know-how and network, especially in the radio industry
• You thrive in coaching and enabling your sales team
• Strong interpersonal skills and native German speaker
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in startup environment is a plus
