SCM Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical and managerial leadership and fostering the professional development of employees within the area of responsibility
• Analyzing internal and external logistics processes and working to continuously improve these operational structures
• Managing the flow of purchased parts, raw materials, and in-house manufactured parts—in some cases across multiple production sites—through to the delivery of the final product.
• As part of the overall order processing workflow, you will be in constant contact with internal process partners.
• Compiling and evaluating statistics, KPIs, and reports
• Preparing a capacity analysis based on sales planning
• Initiating coordinated measures in the event of schedule disruptions
• Further developing, coordinating across organizational units, and implementing the supply chain strategy
• Initiating production orders on time while considering economic factors
• Developing planning scenarios using ERP and other planning tools

Qualifications:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on logistics, or a completed vocational training program with additional training and 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP , as well as comprehensive user skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strong analytical skills, as well as a structured, independent, and methodical approach to work and problem-solving abilities Team spirit, communication, and coordination skills
