• Manage Master Data Governance (MDG) frameworks and establish policies, data standards, and structures.
• Integrate business requirements into governance processes while safeguarding compliance.
• Monitor process performance and validate IT Change Requests to ensure efficiency and integrity.
• Lead transformative MDG work packages and strategic projects, including ERP and Material Master Improvement Programs.
• Act as a Scrum Master for the Master Data team, ensuring all Scrum events facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Provide consultancy to stakeholders and represent Master Data Governance in global projects.
• Coordinate and promote knowledge-sharing across the Master Data Governance community.

• Experience with lean management and process modeling tools, such as Symbio, is advantageous.
• Certification as a Scrum Master or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficiency in both German and English, with negotiation-level language skills in both languages.
