Seasonal Store Support Full Time (m/f/d)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming clients with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, providing an excellent first impression of our brand to all visitors
• Effectively determining client needs and providing direction towards the relevant departments or people inside the store
• Supporting the management team on duty in effectively managing and animating waiting time and client flow by using digital wait list tools and ensuring smooth client communication
• Serving drinks to clients
• Tidying up around the store and maintaining strong visual standards throughout the day
• Wrapping, running and packaging assistance to the sales team
• Collaborating with the store team at large to create a seamless client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton Promise and brand standards Profile

PROFILE

This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a part-time role to enter the luxury industry who has a passion for client service, excellent people skills as well as a strong sense of empathy and agility. The ideal candidate will be an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ individual with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character as well as a high level of resilience that allows them to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be at ease with multi-tasking and comfortable to work with different kinds of IT tools. Impeccable grooming and communication skills are a requirement, as are fluent English and German. Any additional relevant languages are a plus. You must have a valid visa and work permit for Austria if not an Austrian/EU citizen. The ideal candidate must be available full time (5 days a week), including some Saturdays. Please only apply if this working pattern is feasible for you for the entire duration of the contract, including the Christmas and New Years week, excluding any public holidays where the store is closed. Additional information

The salary for this position is at least €31.514 gross annually (based on a full-time employment of 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualification and experience, a higher overpayment is possible.
