Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)

- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of global compensation processes for the German organization.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis and compensation analytics to support business decisions.
- Manage job evaluations and grading processes using internationally recognized methodologies.
- Support annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, salary planning and bonus cycles.
- Develop meaningful reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights for HR and business leaders.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, managers and global stakeholders on compensation-related topics.
- Support the implementation and optimization of compensation processes and digital HR solutions.
- Contribute to international Compensation & Benefits projects in close collaboration with our headquarters.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international corporate environment.
- Solid experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with a genuine passion for working with numbers and large data sets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and experience working with Macros.
- Experience in HR Controlling combined with Compensation & Benefits is highly valued.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working in an international matrix organization. Excellent German and English communication skills.
