Senior Consultant / Manager - Risk Management (Liquidity and Market Price Risk) (f|m|x) (Leiter/in - Risikomanagement)

Your tasks: Yousupport and lead exciting (sub-)projects at banks and financialservices providers in their liquidity and market price riskmanagement, taking full responsibility – from gap analyses and thedesign of client-specific solutions through to implementation. Youdevelop integrated management approaches for liquidity and marketprice risk, bank-wide liquidity risk stress tests and quantitativemodeling frameworks, for example for risk measurement or interestrate, margin and liquidity cash flow analyses. In addition, you designmethodological frameworks (for example in the ILAAP context) anddevelop solutions to implement IRRBB and CSRBB requirements as well asnet interest income (NII) simulations. As part of your role, you alsoensure the effective integration of regulatory requirements, forinstance with respect to ICAAP and ILAAP as well as IRRBB and CSRBB.You take responsibility for your own deliverables and those of yourteam and proactively advance topics. With your strong team orientationand professionalism, you foster trust-based collaboration – bothwithin the team and with our clients. You also mentor juniorcolleagues, developing both their professional capabilities andpersonal strengths, and thus contribute to the team’s growth. Youactively help shape the ongoing enhancement of our consultingportfolio, identify relevant market potential at an early stage andderive concrete ideas from it. With your expertise, you support thedevelopment of new offerings and the acquisition of new clientmandates.

Your skills:

You hold a degree in mathematics, (business)informatics, physics, statistics or economics, ideally supplemented bycertifications such as FRM or CFA. You have at least three years ofprofessional experience in consulting or the financial industry.Proven involvement in leading bank-specific implementation projects inliquidity and market price risk management is an advantage, andinitial exposure to specialist leadership (for example coordinatingteam members) is also part of your profile. You have a solidunderstanding of liquidity and market price risk management as well asthe ICAAP and ILAAP frameworks. You confidently apply your analyticaland quantitative skills in modeling and data analysis; programmingskills in Python or R are explicitly welcome. You are familiar withrelevant European and German regulatory requirements, including EBAGuidelines on IRRBB and CSRBB, SREP requirements, ICAAP and ILAAP.Initial experience in dealing professionally with external audits is aplus. You work and think in a structured and solution-oriented mannerand communicate clearly. A client- and team-oriented way of workingcomes naturally to you, especially when assuming responsibility withina team and engaging effectively with different people and situations.You have excellent command of the German language (at least C1 level,business-fluent proficiency) and good English language skills (atleast B2 level, fluent), both written and spoken. #LI-LARA #LI-hybrid
