Senior Data Engineer (all genders)

• Keep data moving: Build, run, and refine data pipelines and workflows (Python, Airflow/Cloud Composer) sothey’rereliable, fast, and easy to change
• Shape our data models: UseBigQueryand Cloud Spanner to design wellstructured, highperformance datasets for analytics and machinelearning use cases
• Privacy by design: Apply leastprivilege access, encryption, audit logging, and dataquality checks to meet GDPR/CCPA.
• Make things observable: Create clear dashboards and alerts, take part in an international oncall rotation, and run calm, constructive postmortems.

• Several yearsof experience as a Data Engineer (all genders) working with productiongrade, distributed data systems
• Handson GCP experience: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Airflow/Cloud Composer, and identity & access management
• Strong Python(tested, readable code), experience with Athena andadvanced SQLskills
• A careful approach todata security and privacy, especially with personal data
• A practical mindset, clear communication, anda strong senseof ownership Comfortable workingasynchronously with colleagues from the US Eastcoast ExcellentEnglish skills to contribute within an international company

Preferred Qualifications

• CI/CD for data (e.g., GitLab CI or Cloud Build),Terraform, andDocker
• Experience with dbtor a similar transformation framework
• Data catalog/lineage tools (DataHub, Collibra,BigQueryData Catalog)
• Streaming data ingestion (Pub/Sub, Dataflow, Kafka) orrealtimefeature stores
• Experience withTableau,MongoDB,PostgreSQL, and costefficient query tuning onBigQuery
